i found this really cute picture at the thrift store the other day-
there’s some writing on the back, i think it’s from poland. it’s dated 1964. it looks like a sassy not-so-little red riding hood and a strapping young woodsman. i really like folksy folks fitted in festive folkloric finery. look at me in my dirndls! here are some other pictures i have of folk folk. these ones are in the kitchen…

thanks amanda! i kind of use that as an excuse to keep collecting stuff, like i really NEED this (insert cute thing here) for inspiration, and not because i just want it. it’s for work! really!

Amazing! I have that same Hansel and Gretel tapestry. It is one of my favorites too. I am not sure how much we paid for it but our came from Augsburg Germany. I curious if its worth more now.
