shop local on etsy
have you been reading the shop local series on etsy? it’s fun to see the pictures of the people who make the things! today’s features california, and i’m included! take a peek at it here, and check out the sampling of creative californians on etsy. my friend jenny took my ‘portrait’ at the Arroyo Seco mini golf course (and totally kicked my butt in mini golf while doing it!), which is really close to my house. i love mini golf, and this is such a cute course! it was built in 1955. here are a few more pictures from that day…

by the old red barn. that’s the castle in the background.

Hi,
I have been following your blog for a while now and I was always curios – how does a person behind this kind of design & style look like?
Now I know the answer: you look cute & lovely and your own design suits you very well!
All the best for you and have happy holidays!

Hi Hannah,
I’ve been a huge fan of your designs for years and always look forward to what you will come up with next. Right now my wishlist is up to about 6 of your skirts!
I love everything about your style and just have to ask, where did you find your fabulous red shoes?
Happy Holidays,
Anna

aw thanks! it’s sad that so many mini golf courses close down. i think this one only managed to survive because it’s part of a real golf course. i read an article about mini golf in LA that said back in the day there were over 300 courses in hollywood alone! i can only imagine!

Look how adorable you are!! I, too, always wondered what the person who creates those FABULOUS clothes looks like. I have several of your pieces and get sooo many compliments when I wear them.
