i found these little ladies at the thrift store this weekend. i was pretty thrilled! they look like they would be fun to try and make. the bottom is 1 1/4″ tall and the head is about 7/8″. they are from denmark.
i was inspired to make this felt applique hex sign rug after finishing up the artwork for this new summertime skirt print… can you tell? i love the boldness and simplicity of this new print! the skirt should be available on my website next month here it is! http://madewithlovebyhannah.com/hexsign.html (sign up for my e-mailing list […]
i was going through some sweaters that i haven’t worn lately and pulled out this cute norwegian sweater. i found it at the thrift store over a year ago, and though i’ve pulled it out a few times to wear, i’ve never actually worn it. i don’t really know why, because i like the pattern, […]

i’ve been ogling this sweater on etsy non-stop. i really like it but it has a few problems…first i never wear pullovers, and the other problem is all that pom pom flower cuteness is unfortunately placed for a busty lady like myself. also i don’t really like to wear clothes with collars. and i don’t need […]
i used to collect old girl scout calendars. i have almost all of the calendars from 1952-1968. the pictures in them are just so dang adorable. i just ate a big bowl of samoa cookie ice cream so i thought i’d show you a few of my favorites. it was hard to choose just a few, but of […]
okay, i’m starting to think i might have a problem. remember that giant sequin mushroom that was supposed to be cute little mushrooms? i saw this cute little tree stump trivet project from martha on one pretty thing and i really wanted to make one. then i got the idea to make a giant one […]
